Online sexual harassment: New free resources for secondary schools

Project deSHAME has launched new resources for schools and police on addressing online sexual harassment among young people aged 13 to 17.

The 'Step Up, Speak Up!' toolkit includes practical, scenario-based and interactive activities, including lesson plans, films, workshops and assemblies. It also includes advice and guidance for school staff, police and other professionals working with children.

Project deSHAME is a collaboration between Childnet, Save the Children (Denmark), Kek Vonal (Hungary) and UCLan (UK), co-financed by the EU. It aims to increase reporting of online sexual harassment among minors and improve multi-sector cooperation in preventing and responding to this behaviour.
