NAHT has now published two full advice papers on GDPR and what schools need to have done and what they need to continue to do as we approach 25 May 2018 (when GDPR comes into force). These advice papers, links to which are at the end of this document, are in addition to the GDPR courses NAHT has put on around the country and which are still ongoing until the end of April.

Now that many schools are putting new or refreshed data practices into place, members are beginning to contact us with specific questions relating to their schools and school settings. We have set out the most frequently asked questions in this document, and we’ll aim to keep this document updated with additional questions as they arise, details of which will be set out in our weekly newsletter to members.
