The Global Equality Collective (GEC) is an online community for individuals, schools and businesses focusing on providing resources, advice and community support in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
 
The GEC has a number of free resources available for parents and schools to help to create learning environments that incorporate diversity, equality and inclusion including:


As well as its free resources, the GEC has developed a paid-for GEC App, to support businesses and schools with diversity, equality and inclusion in their settings.

The education-specific app is built around GEC's diversity, equality and inclusion framework, and combines this with a self-assessment for schools and their staff to complete. This creates a personalised report highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement. It also comes with an e-learning leadership hub, to support schools in their development journey.
